How to Use — Step by Step

Enter the order number — order details load automatically

Enter the advance amount to be paid

Switch to Payment tab — select payment mode and enter amount

Click "+ Add Payment"

Click "Submit Advance" — advance recorded, SMS sent if configured
Important Notes
ⓘ Order must be active — not already invoiced or cancelled
ⓘ Payment amount must match the advance amount entered
ⓘ SMS sent based on central or branch gateway
