Record all raw gold and material purchases with GRN (Goods Received Note) entry and balancing. Every gram purchased is recorded with supplier, weight, purity and date — the starting point of your gold audit trail.
Record material conversions for production — melting, alloying, rolling and any transformation of raw material before it goes to craftsmen. Maintains accurate gold weight records through every conversion step.
Issue gold to craftsmen by job. Record the weight issued, the job description and the expected return date. When finished items are returned, reconcile actual weight received against gold issued. Wastage is calculated per job and per craftsman — excess wastage is flagged automatically.
Track all jobs currently in production. See which items are with which craftsmen, how much gold is outstanding, and which jobs are overdue. Work in progress balancing gives you a live picture of all gold in the production pipeline at any moment.
