Our Story

Jwellex was built in Sri Lanka by a team that came from the jewellery industry itself. We understood the problem from the inside: most jewellery businesses were running on paper ledgers, spreadsheets or generic retail software that was never designed for gold. Gold saving schemes caused disputes. Craftsman gold went unaccounted. Branch managers operated without oversight. Owners could not see what was really happening in their business.

We built Jwellex to fix all of that. Not a modified retail system — a jewellery management system built from scratch for the specific workflows, transaction types and accountability requirements of the jewellery trade. Retail, manufacturing and wholesale in one connected cloud platform.

Today Jwellex is trusted by jewellers in Sri Lanka and we are actively expanding to serve jewellery businesses in India, Dubai, UAE and the Gulf — including Sri Lankan expats who operate jewellery businesses overseas.
