How to Use — Step by Step

Enter the credit invoice number — outstanding balance loads automatically

Enter the part payment amount

Switch to Payment tab — select payment mode and enter amount

Click "+ Add Payment"

Click "Submit Payment" — payment recorded, SMS sent if configured
Important Notes
ⓘ Invoice must have an existing credit payment record to be eligible
ⓘ Already fully settled invoices are blocked
ⓘ Payment amount must not exceed the outstanding due amount
ⓘ SMS sent based on central or branch gateway
