How to Use — Step by Step

Enter item description, weight, karat and amount

Click "+ Add Item" — multiple items per OGP receipt

Switch to Customer tab — enter customer details and salesman

Click "Submit" — OTP sent to customer if OTP verification is enabled

Enter OTP received on customer phone — click "Verify"

OGP receipt number generated, confirmation SMS sent
Important Notes
ⓘ OTP verification is controlled per scope in SMS Programs
ⓘ Admin backup phone can be set per scope — OTP also sent to admin as backup
ⓘ If no SMS gateway configured, OTP is skipped and transaction completes directly
ⓘ Confirmation SMS sent via central or branch gateway
